Each of our medical providers grew up in the medical world where we started seeing the flaws of the modern medical system that has practices rooted in the pharmaceutical world.
By integrating medical, physical therapy, and chiropractic care, we can treat the totality of the body, not just mask symptoms, which is what most modern medicine does.
Our process is meant to protect your independence. Because let’s face it: your independence is one of the most important aspects of your life. From neuropathy reducing sense and feel to back pain limiting movement to low energy affecting self-esteem and relationships, these conditions can instill a fear. A fear that the conditions are permanent and more and more independence will be lost.
Our dedicated staff is here to ensure treatment plans are working and that each patient can meet their goals without paying for repeat treatments that offer short-term relief.

Our History
How We Became What We Are Today
Each of our providers left the traditional medical world for a hormone/peptide entity that helped patients actually get healthier and regain better overall health.
We merged the holistic natural aspect of the medical world with hormone/peptide treatments and Schrock Medical Clinic was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. After 3 years of happy patients and a myriad of 5-star reviews, the Lincoln staff decided to buy Schrock Medical Clinic and rebrand it to K2 Holistic Health.
We continue the same great mission we all started together with the same great staff and care, now with a new name and local owners.
In addition to a new name, K2 now serves the Lincoln and Omaha communities.
